Roman's mega-lucrative offer to Guardiola

Roman Abramovich is ready to offer the best manager, Pep Guardiola four-year contract worth £40 million after taxation to become Chelsea manager.

Russia's billionaire refuses to give up in order to get the Barcelona manager who has won all tournaments that can compete.

And it includes making Guardiola highest paid manager in the world with money is not a barrier when he offered £10 million a year contract, according to internal sources the Blues.

Guardiola's contract at the Nou Camp ended end of this season and Abramovich will not stop chasing whenwhen the young manager allow his future in the dim.

He currently receives a net income of around £8 million a year at Barca, but Roman can cope with mega-lucrative offer.

Andre Villas-Boas, who was sacked recently paid around £4.5 million per year and Chelsea spent £13 million in compensation to his previous club Porto to release him this summer.

When you add AVB compensation of £9 million, it means that Abramovich has spent more than £2 BILLION since taking over this Stamford Bridge's club only nine years ago.

If he managed to convince Guardiola, 41, to become the eighth manager of his team, Abramovich has spent almost £150 million only to managers with salaries, compensation and damages.
